Creamy Coconut Milk Oatmeal

The creamiest Oatmeal you will always come back to!

Ever since my girl Lisa let me try the Coconut Milk she orders from Amazon (because you can’t find it in our stores), I can’t help but use it for pretty much anything where milk used to be involved.

Yes, I’m still living the dairy-free life and yes, I’m all for other substitutes like almond milk, soy milk etc. But this coconut milk is the creamiest ever and therefor highly recommended, especially in a dish like this!

The ingredients are simple, healthy and rich in protein. This creamy Oats recipe will keep your tummy full and satisfied for the longest. Top it off with whatever fruit you like or you got at hand.

I have just given the recipe quantity for a single portion, but it is very easy to multiply it for however many people you are serving. Also, even if it is just yourself you are making it for, it is worth breaking out that small saucepan (and a fork to mash the banana)– because that’s all you need!

  1. Mash Banana in small sauce pan.
  2. Add Coconut Milk and Water, stir it up and set it on medium heat.
  3. Add all dry ingredients (Oats, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, Maca Powder) and bring to a boil. Keep stirring!
  4. Once it starts boiling remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 3 Minutes.
  5. Finish up by adding your favorite fruit. Pineapple, Strawberries, Blueberries, more Banana 😛
  6. Top off with Coconut flakes, silvered Almonds, Honey and/or Cinnamon. Voilá!
