The natural sweetness of warm softened apples compliment that slightly bitter-sweet taste of rhubarb in such a great way. You may think the crumbles are just decoration. But hold up – that topping though.. so amazingly flavorful!
With only a few simple ingredients you can create a crispy topping which is rich in protein thanks to the protein powder (optional) and the chia seeds. Coconut & almond flour provide healthy fats and complex carbs.
